Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At The VS Collections, all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, refunds are extremely limited and only provided in rare, proven cases.

1. Refund Eligibility (VERY STRICT)

A refund is provided ONLY if all the below conditions are met together:

Condition 1: Wrong / Damaged / Defective Item

  • You must receive an entirely incorrect product OR

  • The product must have visible physical damage at the time of opening.

  • Minor color variations, sizing issues, dislike, or texture differences are NOT considered defects.

Condition 2: Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A continuous, unedited, clear unboxing video is COMPULSORY.

  • The package must be opened from courier seal to product removal on camera.

  • No video = No refund under any circumstances.

Condition 3: Condition of Product

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in 100% original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Even slight wear, perfume smell, or tampering voids eligibility.

Condition 4: Time Limit

  • The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

  • After 12 hours, no claims will be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Situations (Strict)

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size not fitting or color difference

  • "I didn’t like it" concerns

  • Minor thread pulls or slight variations

  • Missing unboxing video

  • Claims reported after 12 hours

  • Products purchased during sale or offers

  • Items showing any signs of usage

  • Refusal to provide requested photos/videos

3. Refund Process (If Approved)

If your case meets every requirement above, then:

  1. Our team verifies the unboxing video and images.

  2. Decision is made within 3–5 business days.

  3. Approved refunds are processed only as:

    • Store Credit / Coupon Code (preferred), or

    • Original Payment Method (only in exceptional cases)

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank or wallet delays are not under our control.
