• We currently deliver only to Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

• Orders outside these areas will not be processed.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Processing time may be longer during high-demand periods, sales, or holidays.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on location and courier service.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and chosen courier service.

• All shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or cancellations.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and providing accurate delivery information.

6. Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Unavailability at the delivery address

  • Courier delays, natural disasters, or strikes

• In case of delivery failure, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Customers must inspect packages upon delivery.

• Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
